If you’re thinking about retiring in Thailand or looking into long-term stay options, the Thailand Retirement Visa is a popular choice. This visa lets you enjoy Thailand’s rich culture and relaxed lifestyle, allowing you to stay for an extended period, typically a year at a time, with the option to renew indefinitely.

The Benefits of a Thailand Retirement Visa

Extended Stay in Thailand

The Thailand Retirement Visa allows you to stay in Thailand for up to one year. However, if you plan to leave and return without canceling your visa, you’ll need a re-entry permit.

Unlimited Renewal

This visa can be renewed as many times as you need, if you continue to meet the renewal requirements.

Renewal within Thailand

You can renew this visa while staying in Thailand, so there’s no need to travel abroad each year for a new visa.
